Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail experience.

• Experience in supervision or asst supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure cleanliness and order.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and SOPs.
• Manage staff performance and provide guidance for operations.
