A leading design center in Metro Manila, Philippines is looking for a sales associate to assist clients, demonstrate products, and close sales while maintaining the showroom's appearance. Applicants should be college graduates, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. This role may require flexible hours, particularly on weekends, and values strong teamwork. The compensation includes a base salary of PHP 20,000 plus commissions and government benefits.

To assists clients, understand their need, demonstrate products and closes sales, while also maintaining showroom's appearance, managing transactions and building customer relationships to meet sales targets. Key duties involve expert product knowledge, handling inquiries, processing payments and ensuring positive customer experience often requiring weekend/ flexible hours and strong communication skills

Job requirements/Qualifications:

• College graduate (preferred)
• Must have a pleasing personality
• Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Experience in sales within the construction industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits:
