Job summary

VIA DURINI VENTURES INC. in Makati is seeking a showroom and sales professional to manage the showroom and serve as the main contact for walk-in clients during operation hours.

You will drive the end-to-end sales process, from inquiries to quotations, production, and delivery of contracts, while actively prospecting new business via cold calling, networking, and social media outreach to grow the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a showroom or retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end sales processes and close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage showroom and act as main contact for walk-in clients during hours.
• Handle end-to-end sales: inquiries, quotations, production, and delivery.
• Develop new opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Maintain and develop sales pipeline to keep leads active and engaged.
• Maintain records of all walk-in clients and inquiries.
• Nurture partner and client relationships to drive re-orders.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales Support.
• Prepare presentations to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Create reviews and reports with sales and P&L data for performance reviews.
• Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections.
