Job summary

VIA DURINI VENTURES INC. in Makati is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage the showroom, engage walk-in clients, and drive end-to-end sales from inquiry to delivery. You will coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Warehouse and Sales Support to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.

You will prepare compelling presentations and proposals, identify upselling opportunities, and strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing showroom sales and end-to-end sales processes.
• Ability to prompt collections of payments from customers.
• Skilled in preparing presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Able to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities by setting up meetings with potential clients or virtually through cold calling to prospect new businesses and clients, including strategies such as saturation, networking, and social media outreach
• Manage and develop sales pipeline and ensure leads are always active and engaged
• Maintain accurate records of all walk-in clients and inquiries
• Maintain and nurture partner and client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and paving the way for re-orders and referrals
• Work closely with all relevant departments: Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales Support Team to ensure smooth coordination and efficient processing of client requirements
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Create reviews and reports with sales and Profit and Loss data for sales performance reviews
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations by properly coordinating with Marketing and Procurement for product forecast
• Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with relevant teams for better management information in terms of product preference, trends, lead times, and crisis prevention
