ADOORE is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, understanding renovation needs, recommending premium aluminium door and window products, preparing quotations, and guiding them through their purchasing journey.

This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, has a keen eye for design, and wants a rewarding career in consultative sales and digital customer engagement within a growing premium

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in home renovation, interior design, furniture, sanitaryware, kitchen, lighting, or related industries.
• Friendly, confident, and highly professional personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging and guiding customers through online and digital channels.
• Self-motivated with a strong, results-driven desire to achieve sales targets.
• Basic technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a broader remote team environment.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp, website, and social media inquiries.
• Understand customers' renovation requirements and recommend suitable door and window solutions.
• Prepare precise quotations and follow up consistently to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track sales activities within the CRM system.
• Coordinate seamlessly with project and operations teams following the confirmation of orders.
• Follow up with past customers to generate referrals and secure positive reviews.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously improve product knowledge and refine consultative sales techniques.
