Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced customer service professional to support ecommerce channels on a remote US-shift basis. You will manage tickets, reviews, and communications across phone, email, chat, and social channels, while ensuring high accuracy and fast response times.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong English, and hands-on Zendesk and Shopify experience. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Centre is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, ideally in ecommerce or high-volume support.
• Excellent written and verbal English with a neutral-to-US accent.
• Experience with Zendesk, macros, views, tagging, and CSAT reporting.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Centre is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Escalate recurring negative-review themes to fix root causes.
• Maintain accurate ticket tagging, statuses, and routing.
• Use macros and canned responses to keep replies fast and on-brand.
• Monitor Zendesk queues against SLA and flag bottlenecks.
• Track CSAT scores and follow up on low scores.
• Coordinate with warehouse on cancellations and fulfilment issues.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Keep logs of calls, orders, refunds, and coupons for audit readiness.
