Job summary

Telos Media is seeking an detail‑oriented e‑commerce specialist to keep our Shopify stores healthy and optimized. You will manage daily store operations, update products, pricing, bundles and promotions, ensure data accuracy across product details and stock, and perform regular site checks to catch issues early.

You’ll analyze sales and KPI data, assist with weekly reports, optimize SEO and product feeds, and collaborate with the E‑Commerce Manager to improve processes and automate repetitive

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands-on e‑commerce experience.
• Strong Shopify experience, comfortable navigating Shopify without guidance.
• Solid understanding of how e‑commerce stores work.
• Able to manage many products, variants and SKUs.
• Analytical with the ability to use data to spot problems or opportunities and track KPIs.
• Familiar with SEO basics: keywords, on-page optimization, meta tags, URLs.
• Know-how with Google Merchant Center, YouTube Shopping and TikTok Shop; resolve simple feed issues.
• Basic graphic editing skills for product images.
• Very organized, detail‑oriented and proactive; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify stores day to day (SolarBalls, MrSpherical, Run Monster Run).
• Add, update and publish products, variants, pricing, bundles and promotions.
• Keep product info, images, inventory and store details accurate.
• Run regular website checks and catch broken links or missing items.
• Make fixes quickly and flag issues early; monitor stock and flag low stock.
• Review sales and KPIs; help with weekly sales reports and metrics.
• Spot promotion, bundle and merchandising opportunities.
• Ensure promotions, discount codes, bundles and pricing work before/during launches.
• Support with inventory audits and forecasting with accurate data.
• Keep SEO fields updated; sync Shopify with Google Merchant Center and YouTube Shopping.
• Do simple product image edits; collaborate with E‑Commerce Manager and team.
• Identify process improvements and automate repetitive tasks when possible.
