Job summary

Outsourcey in Manila seeks an ecommerce content specialist to manage on-site content, optimize product pages, and support SEO to improve visibility and conversion for clients.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with merchandising, and implement online promotions while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has CMS experience (Magento/Adobe Commerce), GA familiarity, strong communication, and a passion for ecommerce best practices.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ecommerce journeys and web usability best practices.
• Experience with ecommerce operations, campaigns, and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, best sellers, category performance, onsite behaviour & sales metrics.
• Identify opportunities to evolve and improve sales, profit & customer experience.
• Complete website reporting & present trade results & recommendations regularly.
• Work with merchandising to ensure allocations & replenishment for growth.
• Execute online promotions and optimize SEO across product pages.
• Maintain homepage, banners, landing pages, and category content.
• Collaborate with digital, marketing and merch teams to implement online trade calendar.
