Koko Mart Trading Inc. is seeking an E-commerce Specialist – Shopee Account Handler to manage day-to-day Shopee store operations, optimize listings, and oversee campaigns. The role requires hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Centre, effective customer support, and accurate inventory management.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Tagalog, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced e-commerce setting. This in-person role is based in the Philippines, Cavite area.

About the Role

We are looking for a detailed-oriented, resourceful, and proactive E-commerce Specialist – Shopee Account Handler to manage day-to-day operations and growth for our Shopee storefront. The ideal candidate has direct experience navigating the Shopee Seller Centre, optimizing listings, managing campaigns, and maintaining excellent seller health metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Management:
  • Manage day-to-day operations on Shopee Seller Centre.
  • Upload new products with optimized titles, descriptions, accurate categories, pricing, and images.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Campaign & Marketing Management:
  • Set up and manage Shopee campaigns, Flash Deals, Vouchers, Add-on Deals, and Bundle Deals.
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring Shopee Ads (In-Feed / Search Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Customer Care & Chat Support:
  • Provide prompt, polite, and effective customer support via Shopee Chat.
  • Maintain high Chat Response Rate (CRR) and fast response times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, order updates, returns, refunds, and complaints smoothly.
• Performance & Seller Health:
  • Monitor seller health, non-fulfillment rates (NFR), and late shipment rates (LSR) to ensure zero penalty points.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance/sales reports and provide actionable insights for growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopee Seller Centre (Required).
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Shopee algorithms, search optimization, and campaign features.
  • Familiarity with Shopee Ads and promo setup.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic editing tools (Canva/Photoshop) for product images or banner updates is a plus.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills for inventory and sales reporting.
