Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operations Support Coordinator to manage order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely execution.

The role oversees end-to-end shipping documentation and coordinates communications with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. The candidate will validate supplier invoices, monitor freight and insurance billing, and drive continuous process improvements. Open to business trips when required, with 3+ years of relevant experience and strong MS

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)
• Must be open to Business Trip when required

Responsibilities

• Manage the order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and ensure accurate, timely and document management.
• Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely submission to the Finance Department.
• Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate monthly management reports.
• Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous process improvements
