Job summary

Transnational Supply Chain Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage order accuracy, processing, and courier coordination in a fast-paced fulfilment environment. You will check collected items against orders, create and update orders in the system, prepare orders for courier collection, and maintain precise records throughout the workflow.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and confidence using order management or operational systems.
• Previous experience in logistics, fulfilment, courier operations, administration, or a similar environment is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Working Days / Hours: 5-day work week; Shift 1 - 7.30am to 5.00pm (Thurs to Mon); Shift 2 - 12.30pm to 10.00pm (Sat to Wed)

Responsibilities

• Check collected items against relevant orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Create, process, and update orders in the system promptly and accurately
• Ensure all order information, statuses, and delivery details are correctly maintained
• Prepare and organise orders for courier collection and handover
• Coordinate closely with couriers to ensure the correct orders are handed over to the appropriate courier
• Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up on delays, discrepancies, or incomplete fulfilment
• Communicate effectively with external partners, couriers, and the internal operations team
• Maintain accurate records of collections, order statuses, and courier handovers
• Identify and promptly elevate missing items, incorrect orders, delays, or other operational issues
• Follow company procedures relating to confidentiality, data protection, operational security, and handling of orders
