Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordination professional to handle sales orders, quotations and customer inquiries at the Pasir Panjang office. You will maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on leads, while monitoring orders and recommending stock replenishment to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and customers for smooth operations, and handle feedback and complaints.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Marketing/Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service or Order Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders, quotations and customer enquiries.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on leads.
• Monitor customer orders and recommend re-orders/stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and customers for timely delivery.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Maintain daily sales records and related documentation.
• Provide general sales and administrative support.
