The role involves tracking shipments, preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with carriers, and resolving logistics-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to customers or internal teams.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Resolve delivery delays, damaged shipments, or lost packages.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping transactions and inventory movement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
