Job summary

SMC YAMAMURA FUSO MOLDS CORPORATION seeks a graduate Mechanical Engineer/Technologist to contribute to precision machining, benchwork, and finishing processes. The role emphasizes applying manual skills and operating conventional or NC machines to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate will ensure proper CNC machine use, support setup and run phases, and strive for optimal machine utilization and consistent product quality in a production environment in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering/Technology or any related technical courses.
• Experience or ability to operate conventional or NC machine tools to perform machining, benchwork and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for machining, benchwork, and finishing activities using manual skills and appropriate machine tools.
• Ensure proper use and continuous operation of CNC machines to achieve optimal utilization and product quality; manage setup and auto-run phases.

• Responsible for ensuring the proper use and continuous operation of CNC machines to achieve optimal machine utilization and consistent product quality. This includes managing activities before setup and fabrication runs, as well as during setup and auto-run phases.
