Job summary

PARTS SEIKO PHILIPPINES, INC. in Metro Manila is looking for a competent CNC Machinist to set up machines for new and changed models and ensure smooth, defect-free production. You will support continuous improvements and work to reduce operating costs through efficiency gains.

The role requires reading measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers and gauges, and applying machining standards to maintain quality and precision in every produced part.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology or any Engineering-related course.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in CNC Machining.
• Skilled in CNC machine operation and set-up.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the machine is properly set-up during change model and new model.
• Ensure that the machine will run smoothly with no defect after machine set-up and change model.
• Participates in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
• Understands and interprets defects and takes appropriate action when required.
• Use and read measuring equipment as required includes micrometer, calipers and gauges.
