Qualifications

• At least college level or vocational courses of any engineering or technical course related to electrical and Mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery by positioning parts, loading materials and entering specifications.
• Monitor stages of the manufacturing process while equipment is running.
• Assess product quality and identify flaws.
• Troubleshoot problems with machinery and perform basic repairs.
• Inspect, clean and maintain machinery.
• Update logs with maintenance information.
• Complete productivity reports detailing parts made during shifts.
• Follow health and safety rules.

2. Monitoring one or more stages of the manufacturing process while equipment is running
3. Assessing the quality of products and identifying any flaws
4. Troubleshooting problems that arise with machinery and making basic repairs
5. Regularly inspecting, cleaning and performing maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working order
6. Updating logs with maintenance information
7. Completing productivity reports, detailing the number of parts or products made during each shift
8. Following health and safety rules to reduce the risk of workplace injury
