LEAD TECH INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS CORPORATION in Santo Tomas, Batangas is seeking a skilled machinist to operate CNC and conventional machines, read engineering drawings, and ensure parts meet exacting tolerances.

The successful candidate will set up tooling and fixtures, monitor CNC programs, perform adjustments, and conduct precision inspections with calipers and gauges, while maintaining safety and quality standards and keeping detailed production records.

• Operate CNC and conventional machines, including lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines.
• Set up machines, workpieces, cutting tools, and fixtures for machining operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining specifications.
• Perform turning, milling, drilling, boring, threading, and other machining processes.
• Load, run, and monitor CNC programs; make basic offsets and parameter adjustments when required.
• Inspect finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Ensure machined components meet required dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, machine adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
• Manufacture and repair tooling, jigs, fixtures, machine parts, and fabricated components.
• Identify machining defects and coordinate with the supervisor or engineer for corrective action.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Complete production and inspection records accurately and meet required production schedules.
