Job summary

PARTS SEIKO PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a skilled Grinding Machine Operator in Metro Manila to support production. The role involves setting up machines during model changes, identifying defects, running production, and helping achieve quality output.

You will interpret defects, assist operators, and use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions. Reading basic engineering drawings is required, and flexibility to adapt to operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar profession.
• Knowledge of set-up, operation and troubleshooting of grinding machines.
• Proficient with basic measuring tools.
• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Willing to do flexible tasks as needed by operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up the machine during change model and new model introductions.

• -Ensure that the machine is properly set-up during change model and new model
• -Understands and interprets defects and takes appropriate action when required
• -Run a production machine and understand its operation or assemble product and process flow
• -Help operators in meeting the standard production and quality output requirements
• -Use and read measuring equipment as required includes micrometer, calipers and gauges and etc.
