Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee feedmill operations in Consolacion, Cebu. You will learn and manage processes, supervise loading, mixing, pelleting and bagging, and report to the Feedmill Manager.

The role emphasizes TPM, GMP, 5S and health safety, with a focus on preventive maintenance, spare parts control and continuous improvement. A background in electrical engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred.
• Additional training in electrical maintenance, automation, PLC, or industrial safety is an advantage.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, production operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in food manufacturing, feed milling, agro-industrial, or FMCG operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Consolacion Cebu

Responsibilities

• Learn and understands all Feedmill Processes through immersion and develop skills of efficient Cadet Engineer
• Develop complete understanding of all feedmill equipment functions, operations and its components
• Manage and implement SOPs, Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintains, implements and recommend improvement to current program like Proper Housekeeping, Health Safety, 5S, TPM and GMP
• Participates actively in company programs
• Control and manage spare parts inventory and acquisition
• Manage Preventive maintenance thru proper implementation of TPM program.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Feedmill Manager and Production Supervisor
• May supervise all feedmill operations like loading, mixing, pelleting and bagging
• Directly reports to Production Supervisor
• Perform other related functions which will be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
