Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Philippines is seeking a Production Shift Leader to supervise production operators, ensuring daily targets are met and coordinating with the Production Supervisor to maintain smooth operations.

The successful candidate will oversee material availability, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement. Strong English communication and basic MS Office skills are required for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ISO/EHS standards is a plus.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations to meet production KPIs.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, monomer, and production inputs.
• Monitor material usage and machine utilization to drive efficiency.
• Lead investigations of quality/process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coach and develop operators and promote safe working environment.
