Qualifications

• College degree or diploma is required.
• Experience in handling people in a manufacturing setup.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with 5S and safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists the workshop supervisor in implementing work instructions.
• Supports 5S and safety programs for people in the plant.
• Performs proactive daily shift analysis of process parameters.
• Monitors KPIs: product quality, productivity, material usage, and costs.
• Arranges schedules and coordinates overtime as needed.
• Engages with operators to foster trust and positive attitudes.
• Leads daily toolbox meetings on the shop floor.
