Job summary

TAPA KING INC in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on a full-time basis. You will ensure excellent customer service, supervise staff, and manage shifts to keep operations smooth and efficient.

You will lead a team to maintain high food quality, handle customer inquiries, and uphold strict health and safety standards while assisting with inventory and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as shift manager or supervisory role in hospitality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Inventory management and cost control knowledge.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock ordering.
