Job summary

TAPA KING INC is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our Alabang, Muntinlupa restaurant. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing staff across shifts, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced dining environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a supervisory hospitality role, strong leadership and communication skills, and solid knowledge of food safety and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Shift Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock ordering.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements.
