Job summary

AboitizPower is hiring an SHES Supervisor to lead health, safety, security and environmental safety programs across the workplace. The role involves managing program execution and ensuring compliance with government regulations and standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing SHES program implementation, planning safety requirements, and coordinating with regulatory bodies such as DOLE, BFP, and DENR to maintain high safety performance. An REE and minimum 3 years in OSH are required.

Qualifications

• REE registration required.
• At least 3 years in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental management.
• SO1/SO2 certification is referenced.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and evaluation of the SHES program.
• Plan health and safety requirements including PPE, equipment, signage, training, and facilities.
• Liaise with DOLE, BFP, and DENR as the company representative.
