Job summary

EnerZones is seeking a Safety, Health, Environment and Security (SHES) Specialist at Subic Enerzone to implement and monitor SHES programs company-wide. You will serve as Safety Officer, Pollution Control Officer, and Security Officer ensuring compliance with safety and environmental laws.

You will conduct OSH audits, manage environmental programs, lead incident investigations, and coordinate with authorities to protect personnel and assets. A Bachelor’s degree plus SHES experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree holder.
• License: Registered Engineer (Preferably Electrical Engineer)
• Certifications/Accreditations: At least SO3 (Safety Officer 3) Eligible.
• Experience: At least 2 years of SHES-related work experience.
• Advantage: License to Drive with DL Codes A, A1, B, B1 and B2

Responsibilities

• OSH audits, risk assessments, patrolling, and safety training across sites.
• Oversee the daily clinic, treatment room, and lactation room operations.
• Pollution Control Officer duties: waste disposal with third-party suppliers and environmental programs.
• Lead contamination investigations.
• Review security, investigations of theft, fraud or policy violations.
• Prepare monthly performance trends, insurance assessments, regulatory permits to government bodies.
• Assist external authorities (Police, Fire Bureau, Medical Teams) in search, rescue, recovery, and evacuation management.
