AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Lead to oversee a team of operators and line leaders in sheet metal production. You will plan, schedule, and monitor activities to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards, coordinating with planning, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

The role requires hands-on expertise in sheet metal processes, the ability to read drawings, and a strong Lean/6S approach to drive continuous improvements on the shop floor.

Formación

• Hands-on knowledge of sheet metal processes (cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment)
• Able to read engineering drawings and interpret technical specs
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and problem-solving tools (e.g., rootcauseanalysis)

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of operators, technicians, and line leaders in sheet metal production
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet delivery deadlines
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S practices, and process improvements on the shop floor
• Monitor and report production KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, and on-time delivery
