Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on leader to supervise operators, technicians, and line leaders in a sheet metal production environment at our Kallang facility.

You will plan and schedule production with the planning team to meet tight delivery deadlines while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are upheld. The role requires strong knowledge of sheet metal processes, the ability to read engineering drawings, and familiarity with CNC machinery (AMADA advantageous).

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of sheet metal processes (cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment).
• Able to read engineering drawings and interpret technical specs.
• Familiar with CNC machinery and tooling setup; AMADA machines experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of operators, technicians, and line leaders in sheet metal production.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities in coordination with the planning team to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S practices, and process improvements on the shop floor.
• Monitor and report production KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, and on-time delivery.

• Salary UP to $5,500




• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6.00pm
