BizLink Speedy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Sheet Metal Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations across turret punching, laser cutting, welding and finishing.

You will coordinate manpower and material flow to hit daily output, quality and delivery targets. You will apply your expertise in NCT turret punching, laser cutting and joining methods (TIG/MIG/spot welding), interpret drawings (GD&T) and drive Lean initiatives to reduce scrap and downtime.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication with supervision or team leadership.
• Hands-on knowledge of NCT turret punching and laser cutting.
• Knowledge of TIG/MIG/spot welding and riveting.
• Ability to read drawings and GD&T.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily sheet metal production activities across turret punching, laser cutting, welding, finishing.
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet output targets.
• Coordinate material flow across processes for smooth production.
• Optimize turret punching and laser cutting operations, including tooling and parameters.
• Establish process standards and quality requirements for finishing and welding.
• Troubleshoot production and technical issues, including warping and distortion.
• Ensure finished parts meet dimensional and surface quality specs.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Collaborate with Process Improvement Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance to technicians and operators; support overtime when needed.
