Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years of progressive Safety and Health management experience, preferably in Power Generation or Oil & Gas.
• Proven track record coaching site leadership and implementing high-risk work procedures (PTW) in complex industrial environments.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent is advantageous but not required.
• Safety Practitioner/Consultant accreditation by DOLE is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety governance and enterprise SHE standards across assets.
• Coordinate coaching schedules, training logistics, and cross-department collaboration.
• Lead field verifications, PTW audits, and leadership walkabouts to strengthen hazard identification and control execution.
• Develop and sustain competency databases and site leadership development plans.
• Provide incident investigation coaching and capture lessons learned for enterprise SHE improvements.
