Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in Safety & Health in managerial role.
• Experience in Power Generation or Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Develop site safety transformation action plans.
• Coordinate training, competency tracking, and audits.
• Lead PTW and critical risk control verification.
• Mentor site leaders and drive safety culture.
• Prepare lessons learned and share with National SHE.
