Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks a SHE Transformation Coach to drive safety excellence across assigned assets by implementing enterprise SHE standards and critical risk controls.

The role focuses on building workforce competency through structured coaching and on-the-job mentoring. You will guide site teams in planning high-risk work, strengthening hazard identification, task risk assessment, and control execution, while coordinating governance and cross‑departmental SHE initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
• 10+ years in Safety and Health with managerial experience in Power Generation or Oil & Gas.
• Proven track record in establishing critical risk controls and coaching site leadership.
• Experience implementing high-risk work procedures (PTW) in complex industrial environments.
• NEBOSH IGC advantageous but not required.
• DOLE Safety Practitioner/safety consultant accreditation ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHE governance and transformation across sites.
• Coach site leaders and frontline supervisors.
• Drive PTW and critical risk management practices.
• Coordinate training and competency tracking; maintain certification registers.
• Facilitate incident investigations and lessons learned; capture root causes and recommendations.
• Coordinate with National SHE for standard improvements.
