Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks a SHE Transformation Coach to lead safety excellence across operating assets in the Philippines. You will implement enterprise SHE standards, build workforce competency, and provide hands‑on guidance for high‑risk work planning and execution.

You will coordinate field verifications, lead coaching for frontline leaders, and drive adoption of critical risk controls. A strong focus on governance, training, and organizational learning will be essential to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive Safety and Health experience in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in Power Generation or Oil & Gas, preferably Coal power generation or oil operations.
• Proven ability to coach site leadership and implement high‑risk work procedures (PTW).
• NEBOSH International General Certificate is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational safety excellence across assigned assets by implementing enterprise SHE standards and governance.
• Coordinate coaching schedules, training logistics, and cross‑department collaboration with site leadership, contractors, and central SHE teams.
• Conduct field verifications: PTW audits, leadership walkabouts, and critical control reviews; drive behavioral safety adoption.
• Develop and track competency, training, and certification for PTW roles (Issuers, Receivers, Isolation Officers, Gas Testers).
• Deliver lessons learned and corrective action follow‑ups to enhance enterprise SHE standards.
