Asticom Technology Inc. seeks an SHE Transformation Coach to lead safety excellence across assigned assets, driving enterprise standards, governance, and workforce competency through structured coaching and field mentoring.

You will guide leaders, supervisors, and site teams in applying critical risk controls and PTW procedures during high‑risk work. The role emphasizes hands‑on planning and execution, field verifications, audit coordination, and continuous improvement of safety performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years in Safety and Health with managerial experience in Power Generation or Oil & Gas.
• NEBOSH IGC is highly advantageous but not required.
• Proven track record in establishing critical risk controls and coaching site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance and site-specific safety strategy, including PTW and Critical Risk Management practices.
• Build workforce competency through coaching of leaders, supervisors, contractors, and SHE personnel.
• Coordinate admin, training logistics, and performance dashboards for Enterprise/National SHE initiatives.
• Conduct field verifications, audits, and leadership observations to drive improvement.
• Lead change management and rollout of new enterprise safety programs; promote sustainable practices.
