Job summary

NZAB is seeking an experienced Settlements Officer / Customer Service Manager in Manila to lead the post-approval pipeline and post-settlement client care program. You will own loan files from approval through settlement, coordinate documentation, liaise with lenders and conveyancers, and drive the process to successful closure.

The role includes acting as the primary contact for ongoing client support, annual reviews, repricing, and retention.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking or similar
• End-to-end knowledge of approval-to-settlement workflows
• Experience with aggregator systems and lender portals
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Own the loan file from approval to settlement and ensure timely completion of all pre- and post-settlement tasks
• Act as main point of contact for clients post-approval and manage milestone updates
• Maintain clean, audit-ready loan files and up-to-date CRM records
• Collaborate with Finance Brokers and Credit Analysts to ensure smooth handovers and provide overflow support during peak periods
