Securities Settlement Officer
The Securities Settlement Officer is responsible for the settlement of daily trade transactions, including operational requirements for records management and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily trade transactions, cash and securities movement/inventory.
- Process settlement, delivery, lodgement, and transfer of cash or securities through the online systems of the SCCP and PDTC.
- Ensure timely and proper dispatch of check payments and relevant documents, including trade invoices, statement of accounts, official receipts, and stock certificates.
- Facilitate cash/stock dividend entitlement and payouts.
- Closely monitor maintenance of the WinSStocks system.
- Assist in the strict implementation of the company’s records management and data privacy initiatives.
- Ensure audit trail through regular system backups and proper recording of document transfer and exchanges.
- Provide support for general administration requirements of the company.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company relevant to the aforementioned tasks.
