Job summary

Guild Securities Inc., a duly licensed stock brokerage firm operating in the Philippine Stock Exchange, is seeking a Settlement Officer to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration degree, familiarity with PSE/SCCP/PDTC processes, and strong Excel and back-office system skills. Applicants should have 1 year of relevant experience and demonstrate high integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in settlement operations or back-office functions within a stock brokerage or financial institution.
• Familiarity with the Philippine equities market (PSE, SCCP, PDTC) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and back-office trade processing systems.
• High integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades in accordance with PSE and SCCP guidelines.
• Coordinate with traders, counterparties, custodians, and banks to resolve trade and settlement discrepancies.
• Monitor and reconcile trade confirmations, stock positions, and cash movements.
• Prepare and maintain daily settlement reports and related documentation.
• Liaise with PDTC, SCCP, and other relevant institutions as required.
• Support internal and external audit requirements by ensuring proper record-keeping and documentation.
