• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Exhibits strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has a solid understanding of general business operations.
• Willing to work during US business hours.
• Open to a hybrid work setup based in Rosario, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Capture installed based data like Single Line Diagrams and various reports.
• Quality monitoring of Installed Based entries in different platforms.
• Quality monitoring of Accounts through Accounts DQC.
• Creation of customized IB reports from various sources.

The Role: Services Data Steward

We are actively recruiting and interviewing for positions in Technical Data Analysis to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

• IB Traceability Support – Capture of Installed Based (IB) various types of source data like Single Line Diagram (SLD), Factory Acceptance Test Report (FAT), SPA Report, MPS Walkthrough, etc.
• IB Cleansing, Enrichment/Deletion Support – Quality monitoring of Installed Based entries in various platforms such BFO, IB Suite, and IB Dashboard
• Accounts Cleansing, Enrichment/Creation Support - Quality monitoring of Accounts thru Accounts DQC
• Publishing of IB Report It is a creation of customized IB report directly from sources like BFO, IB Intel, IB Analysis, IB Dashboard, and GFS Dashboard.
