Teceze is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Specialist in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role involves designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting HRSD solutions to streamline HR services and improve the employee experience.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to automate HR processes, configure Employee Center, and ensure smooth HR service delivery across the organization.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementation, configuration, or support.
• Strong understanding of HR Case Management and HR Service Delivery processes.
• Experience with Employee Center and HR workflows in ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case and Knowledge Management.
• Implement and maintain HR Services, HR Service Catalog, HR Criteria, and HR Templates.
• Configure Employee Center and Employee Center Pro to enhance employee self‑service.
• Develop and maintain HR workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
• Configure HR lifecycle events, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Work with HR profile data, COEs, HR security, and access controls.
• Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules and external HR systems, where required.
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other platform configurations.
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects, and support ongoing enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation, conduct testing, and support deployment activities.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and platform upgrade guidelines.
