Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow HRSD modules (HR Case, Knowledge Management).
• Implement and maintain HR Services, HR Service Catalog, HR Templates.
• Configure Employee Center and Employee Center Pro for self-service.
• Develop and maintain HR workflows using Flow Designer and automation tools.
• Handle HR lifecycle events: onboarding, transfers, offboarding.
• Work with HR data, COEs, security, and access controls.
• Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules and external HR systems.
• Create business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and platform configurations.
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate to technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects, and support enhancements.
• Prepare technical docs, test, and assist deployments.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Specialist to design, implement, configure, and support ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with HR workflows, Employee Center, case management, HR services, and ServiceNow platform customization.

The candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to streamline HR processes, improve employee experience, and automate HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case and Knowledge Management.
• Implement and maintain HR Services, HR Service Catalog, HR Criteria, and HR Templates.
• Configure Employee Center and Employee Center Pro to enhance employee self‑service.
• Develop and maintain HR workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
• Configure HR lifecycle events, including employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Work with HR profile data, COEs (Centers of Excellence), HR security, and access controls.
• Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules and external HR systems, where required.
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other platform configurations.
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects, and support ongoing enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation, conduct testing, and support deployment activities.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and platform upgrade guidelines.
