Job summary

Qualifications
- Hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, implementation or solution architecting.
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform implementations or production support.
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in project environments or production support.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices and development standards.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD or CSM modules.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate into effective ServiceNow designs.
- Configure, customize, script, and develop on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, build, and implement workflows, automations, integrations, and processes.
- Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning and execution.
- Support testing, deployments, releases, and platform upgrades.
- Provide incident resolution and production support; collaborate with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guides.
- Take ownership of deliverables and ensure quality alignment with business objectives.
