Job summary

77GSI is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules in line with business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to map processes and identify automation opportunities, implementing workflows, UI policies, and client scripts to boost platform functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization
• Strong understanding of HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center
• Experience designing solutions that unify employee services across departments
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub)
• ServiceNow CSA certification is a plus; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
• Backend development experience in C#, .Net, SQL, CloudRun is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems for a unified employee experience
• Maintain and enhance existing applications for performance, scalability and security
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and work with analysts, architects, and PMs
• Support testing, debugging, and troubleshooting throughout development
• Prepare and maintain technical docs and user guides
