Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end testing strategies, plans and execution.
• Oversee all testing phases including functional, integration and UAT.
• Review and approve test plans, test cases and test reports.
• Monitor testing progress, defects and quality metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers and testers.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies and governance.
