Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Manager in the Philippines to lead product development within EY GDS-ServiceNow. The role focuses on defining work, prioritizing backlog, and shaping the roadmap to deliver high-value features for clients.

You will collaborate with global teams, leverage Agile methods, and drive service improvements while mentoring associates and managing cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years in a product manager or service owner role.
• ItIL Service Manager certification or equivalent work experience a plus.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience is an advantage.
• 2-5 years of ServiceNow product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient presentation skills including use of PowerPoint.
• A working knowledge of Agile development / XP methods.

Responsibilities

• Defines the actual work that will be accomplished and the features built.
• Plans release capacity and ensures value delivery to customers.
• Maintains and communicates the product roadmap.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to determine customer needs and priorities.
• Reviews backlogs and supports cost modeling and forecasting.
• Ensures service level performance and improvement plans.
• Schedules and assigns work, follows up on results.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date through education and networking.
