Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in the Philippines is seeking a Product Manager to lead ServiceNow-based solutions. You will define work, plan releases, groom the backlog, and shape the product roadmap while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires 5–8 years in product management, 3–5 years in product owner, and hands-on ServiceNow knowledge. Strong communication and Agile practice experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of work experience.
• 3–5 years in a product manager or service owner role.
• ITIL Service Manager certification or equivalent work experience a plus.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills including use of PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Agile Development / Extreme programming methods.
• Ability to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Defines the actual work that will be accomplished and the features that will be built within each release.
• Plans the overall capacity for the release, objectively measuring each feature to ensure value delivery to customers.
• Grooms existing product backlog with the business stakeholders.
• Defines, maintains and communicates product roadmap.
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain information.
• Recommends the scope of present and future products by reviewing backlogs and requirements; assesses new ideas and changes.
• Aids in determining cost model and forecasting volume.
• Reviews service level performance for product and outlines improvement plans where necessary.
• Outlines operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follows up on results.
