EY GDS-ServiceNow invites a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our global delivery team in Taguig. You will design, configure and customize ServiceNow solutions, build workflows, automate tasks and deliver integrations that meet client requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5–9 years of development experience, ServiceNow certifications and ITIL foundations, plus familiarity with SDLC tools such as JIRA. EY offers a collaborative environment, diverse projects and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field or equivalent job experience.
• 5–9 years of development experience with progression of responsibilities.
• ServiceNow certifications and ITIL foundations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configures and customizes the ServiceNow system, including workflows.
• Builds service request fulfilment workflows from customer requirements.
• Automates tasks using scripting tools and ServiceNow features.
• Performs integrations and process automation using Orchestration and Web Services.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications documentation.
• Loads and maintains data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Generates dashboards, home pages, analytics data collectors and reports.
• Analyzes user stories to improve system capabilities and automate processes.
• Conducts system and integration testing with sample and live data.
