Job summary

Quess Philippines Corp. is seeking a results-driven ServiceNow Technical Product Manager specializing in CSM/FSO/ITSM environments. You will own development work for case management, oversee Employee Center portal pages, and manage knowledge templates.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, strong agile expertise, and relevant CSA and ServiceNow certifications. Familiarity with AI features and data models is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an application developer in ServiceNow CSM/FSO and/or ITSM environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Portal, Case Management, Catalog, Workspaces and Knowledge Management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow FSO/ITSM scoped applications (Loan Ops, Card Ops, Payment Ops, or similar).
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSO, or Certified Application Developer (preferred).
