Qualifications
- 14+ years in IT with hands-on development and project delivery.
- Proven success leading ServiceNow engagements from ideation to implementation.
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects in fast-paced environments.
- Deep ServiceNow expertise in Support and Development.
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, CS M, HRSD modules.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for ServiceNow engagements, aligning with business goals.
- Stay current with ServiceNow innovations to improve service delivery and technical practices.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Lead project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications.
- Implement and refine agile methodologies to enhance project execution.
- Provide hands-on development, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow apps.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable, robust solutions.
- Guide architecture design and code reviews for best practices.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of technical leads and consultants.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on ServiceNow solutions.
