Qualifications

14+ years of IT experience with hands‑on development and project delivery.
Proven success leading ServiceNow engagements from ideation to implementation.
Experience managing large, complex IT projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Define and execute technical strategy for ServiceNow engagements aligning with IT roadmap.
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects within scope, time, and budget.
Provide hands‑on development, configuration and integration of ServiceNow applications.
Lead and develop a high‑performing technical team and mentor staff.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and trusted advisory relationships.
