Job summary

Atos India is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant for HRSD/GBS ServiceNow to design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise HRSD solutions that streamline employee services and shared-service operations.

You will work with Solution and Technical Architects, lead technical delivery across requirements, design, configuration, testing, and transition to support, and help shape a scalable, security-conscious ServiceNow platform for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow certification relevant to HRSD.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise HRSD implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with architecture and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across requirements, design, config, testing, deployment.
• Configure HRSD modules (Case, Knowledge, Employee Center, onboarding, lifecycles).
• Design solutions for HR and GBS operating models across regions.
• Ensure privacy, security, and upgrade-safe practices.
