Teceze in Manila is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist to design, implement, configure, and support HRSD solutions. The role emphasizes HR workflows, Employee Center, case management, and platform customization.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and automate service delivery across modules and integrations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation, configuration, or support.
• Strong understanding of HR Case Management and HR Service Delivery processes.
• Experience designing HR workflows and leveraging Employee Center.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow HRSD modules (HR Case, Knowledge Management).
• Implement and maintain HR Services, HR Service Catalog, HR Templates.
• Configure Employee Center and Employee Center Pro for self-service.
• Develop and maintain HR workflows using Flow Designer and automation tools.
• Handle HR lifecycle events: onboarding, transfers, offboarding.
• Work with HR data, COEs, security, and access controls.
• Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules and external HR systems.
• Create business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and platform configurations.
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate to technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects, and support enhancements.
• Prepare technical docs, test, and assist deployments.
